Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at customercare@alspaya.com.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Shipping Policy

We ship across Nigeria. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered as follows:

• Major cities: 3–5 business days, with Express delivery (within 2 days) available only in Asaba and Lagos.
• Other states: 5–10 business days.
• Orders can also be collected free of charge from our designated pick-up locations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders above ₦250,000.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the data necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
